Goat Tree Productions is a film production company committed to examining complex social issues through innovative storytelling. Utilizing both film and written journalism, we focus on social justice issues, women's empowerment, and sharing the voices that don't get the attention they should.


Anne Munger


Anne is a San Francisco-based documentary producer and director, and is currently pursuing an MFA in Documentary Film and Video at Stanford University. Most recently before beginning her masters program, she story produced the first episode of the Netflix series, “Dogs,” directed by Heidi Ewing.  Anne has directed and edited a number of short documentaries and experimental films, which can be found on her website. She graduated from Dartmouth College in 2013 with a BA in Philosophy and Film/Media Studies.

Zoe Hamilton


Zoe is currently an Insights Manager in the Mobile for Humanitarian Innovations team at the GSMA in London, researching how we can better leverage technology in humanitarian crises. Previously she worked as a Fulbright-Nehru scholar studying India's Family Planning policies in urban slums, as a researcher at the United Nations Population Fund, and for a variety of governmental and nongovernmental organizations on issues of gender, politics and reproductive health. Zoe is a graduate of Middlebury College (BA, Political Science) and of the London School of Economics (MSc, Development Management).
